"I actually had 2 vehicles serviced by these guys 2003 pontiac and 1992 Toyota jobs High pressure fuel line broke on the pontiac day after I left shop It was the fuel filter that got changed and had to hire a mobile mechanic in tucson to fix He said when the guy changed fuel filter he comes with a new clip and he broke it trying to get it on and just jammed it in It was very clearly broken I saw it I went back unfortunately after I had already dropped my 92 toyota off for timing belt and and suspension work To tell him he was expressionless and just said sorry. Now I was in tucson gas was spraying out of that high pressure line if it happend on highway I would not be writing this reviewThis place charged me over $1100 dollars for a power steering pump and an o2 censoring CEL came back on My 92 toyota they charged me $3500 for timing belt control arms steering dampner shock. Day I drove it in ac was ice cold when I picked up blew hot air said they didn't touch. Also said he would take the $160 it cost me to repair the high pressure fuel line off the of the price of repair for the toyota . Gave me the price on the phone when I was there to pay the price changed and he said it was taxes so never took the $160 off I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR THE SMALLEST REPAIR AS IT COULD COST YOU YOUR LIFE"

"I went in here wanting my lug nuts replaced as the covers over the lug nuts were stripped and impossible to get off unless you break the plastic covers and get to the bolts directly. I thought this would be a reasonable request and at most like $30. The guy working gave me a quote of between $40-100. He didn’t even come out to look at what needed to be done to give the quote. Not good business. I left and went to another shop on Gilbert and broadway and they were great. Got all the lug nuts replaced checked a tire for possible leak and inflated all the tires to proper psi. And for a grand total of $16.76. Quite a difference. These guys at monteros might be really good but if you’re money conscious like myself. Shop around. I am in the market for new tires in a week or two and will be returning to the shop off Gilbert and broadway to give them my business. I brought in the lug nuts myself. Only asked them to replace them and monteros is the only other shop I went to"
