Starting with front office Kay, is amazing and has effective and solid communication and will always work to get you in if you are in urgent need. Dr. Chow and his assistants have excellent communication excellent bedside manner, provide excellent instruction, and make sure that you are comfortable and OK the entire time. I have been to this dentist office more times in the last month than I have my entire life because of my fear of the dentist. (I’ve had bad experiences in the past) I owe it to this office for helping me accomplish all of my dental goals and allowing me to be comfortable and feel safe in a dentist hands. "I was looking to find a new dental office since the place I was going to was always overbooked and rushing through my appointments. Thankfully I was referred to this office by a friend. From the moment I called and spoke to Kay in the front office, I was really impressed with how friendly and kind she is. I explained that I was concerned about my gums so she got me in on the same day. When I walked in I just loved how beautiful the office is! Dr. Chow’s assistant Mindy, and the hygienist Alissa were both so great! Dr. Chow met with me and discussed everything he noticed on the x-rays & exam and answered all of my questions and concerns. He is so incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He isn’t rushing through the appointment. This office is by far the best dentistry I have ever been to! I went back in today to get work done on my most sensitive areas. It was amazing! I am so happy to have been referred to this office!"
