"NOT happy with the haircut my daughter got! I brought her in to get a basic trim of her bangs and about two inches of length taken off. The older lady who took her was bossy and rushed. It was busy, I'll admit, but to continue saying "C'mon. Get up here. C'mon, c'mon scoot back." was unnecessary. Anyway, I clarified that I just wanted my daughter's bangs trimmed back to the correct length, because she was having to sweep them out of her eyes. She said do you want full bangs, and I again said I just wanted the bangs she already had, trimmed. She proceeded to gather the bangs together and just bluntly cut them, then cut more bangs from the long hair on the side! I didn't say anything because it was already done. She proceeded to lecture my 11 year old about her oily hair. At checkout, she noticed my 16 year old and decided to give me unsolicited advice about her acne, which she is very self conscious about. I just stared for a second, which she didn't even seem to notice, then I just paid, because I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I'm going to find somewhere else to have my daughter's hair cut next time, because this place is not it!"

"Do NOT go here. I went this morning and I am EXTREMELY unhappy. My hair went down to my waist before getting it cut. I asked her to cut my split ends, which I knew would be a couple inches… But my hair was BUTCHERED. Not only did she cut off WAY more than my split ends, but NONE of it is the same length. If I pull my hair over my shoulders, there is over an extra inch difference between the front and back length. I usually wear my hair over my shoulders and now I’m completely embarrassed. Even when I wear it going down my back, the length is off. I feel like I’m going to need to wear my hair up for months before I’m comfortable letting it down again. Getting my money back wouldn’t even matter, because now my self-esteem is completely shattered. My hair was a very big deal to me and now it’s completely butchered. I’ve never experienced such a bad hair cut before. Beware, ESPECIALLY if you have long hair, DO NOT GO HERE unless you want your hair completely ruined and to end up extremely unhappy. I am honestly repulsed that they even hired the woman that did my hair, because she clearly didn’t graduate beauty school. I have no idea how they could even begin to remediate this horrible experience for me. I don’t want coupons for a free cut, I don’t want coupons to their beauty supplies… A refund would be nice, but I still wouldn’t be happy with that solution. That’s IF they even try to come up with a way to make it up to me. My beautiful hair was ruined and I will NEVER go back. Steer clear."

"This Greats Clips was awesome! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and most important was the check-in screen it was accurate and on time! I've been in other places where the check-in screen was so out whack that you thought you might have been in the place. Trish was my technician who cut my hair, beard, and did a shampoo that was invigorating. I recommend this spot to everyone!!!"

"I have visited this location a few times now for my family. Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind and helpful. I check in online and don't have to wait very long. My son has autism and we have worked so hard on getting haircuts. He does okay but still flinches and shrugs his shoulders. Theu are all so great with him! They are patient and always do their best to give him a great haircut. I highly recommend this location."
