"Amazing hike. Very historical and scenic. The signage offered facts about how the Native Americans who built this site lived and thrived here. A steep hike, but very rewarding and thought-provoking once you get to the top. Great views and it is very quiet. We were the only people there when we went at 9:30 on a Friday."

"Love the hike here. There is a decent slope and the trail can get rocky so watch your footing. At the top of the hill where the ruins are is so fascinating. There are informative signs helping you get a feel of the layout of the settlement and what each building could have been used for. It all gives a glimpse into the rich Hohokam culture. The top also offers an extensive view of the desert and the city off in the distance. With little shade, I recommended to go at cooler parts of the day or cooler seasons. Bring plenty of water. There's a bathroom and small covered picnic table area at the start of the trail."

"This site is easy to get to and a fairly easy hike. I hiked it on a cloudy day and was very surprised to have a few snow flakes fall as I was at the top enjoying the amazing view. The path is not wheelchair friendly but but I would suggest if you are disabled to still visit the site and enjoy the ground level information, the beautiful terrain, look for birds, and stop for a picnic lunch. The ruin's walls have been stabilized but please don't climb on them. The view at the top is wonderful and you can see all of the trails in the area. Take water, a hat, sunscreen, and a camera."

"I love that it is very accessible and not over run with visitors. It is half mile in from the trail head, up a gentle hill, and half mile out. The ruins are in good condition and the view is really nice all round. Great place for a day's outing."
