"Went there this week and got less than satisfactory service. The front office guy hardly said a word to me when giving him my car and just seemed like he had a bad attitude. Who wants to spend their money at a place where they don’t even feel wanted? For $86 of my hard earned money ,I think I’ll stick with Take 5 where the guys give nothing but amazing customer service and super quick oil changes for the same price. Do better Oil Depot"
"These folks are 1st Class and I will be given them all my buisness. Like me these guys love Cars and Motorcycles.I took my new 2023 Camaro 1SS to these guys for my first oil change at 455 miles.I could have gotten a free oil change at the dealer but choose these guys.I usually do my own service but the Camaro is low to the ground and it is a couple hour job just to get the car high enough to get under it. Thes guys are not like iffy lube or waltermart.Even the waiting room is decorated with car stuff and pictures of Hi performance cars. Really happy with the CarFax report to verify oil changes.I have em do my gear oil change when I get a few more miles on the car."
"After getting a terrible service at TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE. Eric made things right for me!! Eric told us to just take it in and he would check it out and if it was not something he could fix, then he would ask the men next door but he did an amazing job and all the stress that TAKE 5 has given me, it went all away when Eric took care of me!! He did not charge me which I thank God for!! I appreciate his kindness and his willingness! My family and I have been coming here for years and I wanted something quick but that came with consequences! I will continue my services at OIL DEPOT and they have all my loyalty!! This is what makes a great company and keeps customers loyal!!"
