"I came to see Martha . She’s been there for long time. I really needed cut shampoo and my hair was bad from being sick. When I got better I went to see her and she helped me feel like a new person. I must go see her again before 2024 comes. I hope she still there the store is cool calm relaxing atmosphere the girls there are very nice. Yes there’s times it’s busy and times where i got lucky n saw someone right away . Check in online or take a look at the wait time. Lots shopping in area if you have to wait to can go get food or shop at the store don’t feel discouraged. Wait is worth it. Thanks Martha -Lilly V"

"Terrible experience. I was told by the beautician “your hair looks like it was burned in a fire” in an attempt to up-sell me a $5 hair mask that I could have purchased at Sally’s for 2.99. I was too embarrassed to tell her it was due to cancer changing the structure of my hair and instead sat in the chair while she finished the cut. I would never go back here again and would tell anyone else not to return. To Becky Jo, please don’t say comment like that to people just looking to get their hair cut- it’s best to keep mean words like that to yourself."
