"I like Dr. Crosby very much. His dental assistant, not to much. She’s icy and she ignored both of me and my hubby’s separate requests, to please ask him to please pull up his mask. My hubby is to sweet to be confrontational. So After my hubby told me about this and then how he dealt with his visit, I knew it was coming. So before he even started I kindly asked him to put his mask back on was very kind and apologetic as he quickly pulled his mask back up and then wrestled with it the rest of my visit there. COVID is real and medical professionals should ALWAYS wear a properly fitting mask at all times. both of those are the reason I didn’t give him 5 stars. On the other hand: His work on my mouth was sensational. I barley noticed the Novocain needle as he delivered the shot. He even fixed a small chip in a different tooth just cause I asked him to. He could have said no to fixing it, or asked me to schedule another visit for that, which I would have been happy to do. But he was patient with me and professional about it. As he quickly made the minor adjustment for me. I’m sure he charged me, but my hubby pays the bills and teeth are always very important for us both. *hint* My hubby just flipped his mask to the other side of his head and covered his nose and eyes. He only breathed through his nose the whole time. I mean we can pick and choose our battles. I will deal with it again and so will my hubby. He’s a damn nice guy, that does damn good work. And If you don’t talk to his assistant she very professional, often handing him what he heeds before he even gets a chance to ask for it. My hubby and I have had a tough time, after a life time in the valley not really loving any medical professional there. For almost 40 years. Moving here to Casa Grande 1 year and 7 months ago had been the best change ever, for us both. He really likes all of his doctors and I really like all of mine. Including Dr. Crosby. His front desk staff is very nice as well."
