"An office staff member was very rude to me and didn’t even wanted to hear what I had to say. I had gotten distracted-with the loss of a co-worker/ friend and lost track of time. I have never missed an appointment before and when she called I just only about 14 minutes late and could still make in for the visit. I knew the appointment was 45 minutes appointment but she said, “ you have to reschedule because it was an hour and 1/2 appointment time slot and that the office was going to close and that they didn’t wanted to be there all night”. I love Dr. Fink but I am having issues with her office staff. I miss Ann! She knew what she was doing."
