"Came in for a first haircut for my baby and a sweet gal named Sarah did it and she didn’t just accomplish what I asked for but her customer service and kindness was impeccable! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such amazing skills in this location that I frequent but the genuine care and compassion she had was out of this world! We will definitely be coming back to this location as long as Sarah is employed there!"

Tori consistently gives the best haircuts and customer service. She makes you feel like family and is welcoming of absolutely everyone. 10/10 recommend coming to see her."

The last store manager before Tori return seemed to only care about how many cuts she could do instead of how good the cut was. Before Tori return I had decide to go to another store. "I used to go to this place regularly but today I had the worst experience thus far. See the linked video. He was so disrespectful... Told me to get out of the store because I had my 2 year old daughter sitting on a counter while I was standing right in front of her and waiting for ten minutes for him to come to the front from his slumber in the back. Then he proceeded to call me a "terrorist" because I'm brown. The most horrible experience in front of my two kids (one of them was going to get a haircut). Recommend not to go to this location ever!!"
