"Really bad food. Their chicken salad sandwich tasted super familiar. Almost like the owner sold the recipe to Augies Sports bar on Estrella. Come to think of it, pretty sure the owner of Augies owns HBH franchises here."

"Very frustrating customer service, I called and asked to confirm our very large order as we have over 50 family's counting on us to provide food on Thanksgiving. When I called and asked to confirm the order, she immediately told me it was good to go. She didn't have any information from me to actually even know who I was and what my order was. I was even calling from a different number. When confronted she said that "all online orders are confirmed". This may be the case but as a customer a simple check would have put my mind at ease. Very unimpressed with the service."

"I only like to spend money on things I can't make myself, so in saying that the restaurant side of this business let me down. The sandwiches were very basic tasting, and even had a tiny amount of their special ham inside. Lame! Fresh ingredients but I definitely could have made it myself at home. Potato salad had no flavor, and was actually bad. Staff was very friendly and place was clean. I'd come back to grab a sandwich if I was on the run and needed lunch."
