"Was initially nervous cause my insurance recommended them, but had a fantastic experience as far as car repairs go. They were very professional, were very honest that while they could give an estimate, they wouldn't know how much everything would cost until they took things apart. They handled my insurance for me which was really nice, and after I dropped my car off, had a nice texting service that kept me appraised of how things were going. And they called the rental car company to come pick me up. Also, unlike other places, they didn't ask me to leave my car until they had parts ordered. Oh, and they finished a few days early. Would definitely come here again if I need repairs in the future. Note: DO NOT JUST SHOW UP! You need to make an appointment for an estimate in advance or they may not be able to see you, depending on how busy things are."

"Been here in the past, great customer service and work. went again recently and the guy didn’t even want to look at my car and said he was too busy as he sat in his chair opening a can of coke and said he would need $40 dollars to just look at it. Then told me unless insurance was paying for it they guy that hit me wouldn’t pay it cause he has seen it a 1,000 times before. Advice, go somewhere else where they want your business!"

"I’ve used Harvil’s for insurance repairs on two different autos. In both cases they did an excellent job. Their customer service is great and they do things the right way. I found Harvil’s because the first place I went tried to tell me I just needed a new bumper. Harvil’s did a more thorough look and could tell there was more damage. They may have a wait list, but it’s worth the wait if you have the time. Trust me, I’ve tried other shops."
