"Insisted on a cash deposit to re-upholster some cushions. After 2 months they hadn't even started the job. They said it would be done in 3 weeks. Refused to refund the deposit. Gave us the run around for 3 months. Do not trust these people. They are thieves. Wish I could leave less than 1 star."

"Had golf cart seat upholstered. Had issues getting material for seat. When they finally got the material, I was quite upset with the holdup and communication with owner's son. Completed the job. Terrible job but I just wanted my seat back. In the future I would not let them upholstery a bicycle seat. Stay away from this business ."
"On June 18, 2021 we dropped off seats for our buggy to be reupholstered. We were told 1 week and they would be ready for pick up. Here we are, 2 months later and we are still getting the run around after numerous phone calls & trips with false promises that they were ready for pick up. At the last attempt to pick up after being promised they were ready we arrived to find the worst upholstery job I've ever seen. The fabric was loose, they did not re-pad as agreed to and they used the wrong fabric. They assured us that they would have them corrected & ready for pick up in 2 days, then they called to say they weren't ready but agreed to meet us at the shop this morning (3 days after the most recent "promise date") so we could get them as we have a family vacation planned & we need these. I called this morning only to be told they have not touched them since we were last there, they are not ready for pick up, they do not know when they will be ready & then Sr. hung up on me after telling me that we are the customer, he is providing a service & we need to work around his schedule. They refuse to give any of our $300 deposit back and continue to not be able to tell us if or when these seats will ever be ready."
