"Let me first start off by saying they were “embarrassed that their mechanic did this” from what I was told by the owner and he was also very apologetic but this still needs to be heard. I brought my 2017 Tundra in to get my inner tire rods replaced… I discovered that they reinstalled the boots for the inner tire rod by using zip ties and the job was left unfinished. I then had to bring the vehicle back in for them to fix the issue they caused. I spent over an hr there watching them struggle to take off my skid plate and put it back on, and still use improper clamps, on my boots. They used hose clamps instead of the proper style Cv axle boot clamps designed for this type of application. To add, I asked for a receipt that provided me proof of the new parts installed, and they refused to show me the receipt or any documentation on new parts used. (Wheel alignment was never done or done improperly…even though they claim it was done. My vehicle is far from being aligned) After all was said and done it was quite a hassle for them to return my money for the poor mechanic services that they attempted to perform on my vehicle… I would not recommend this shop to anyone that cares about having a job done right."

"Low quality work. They changed a vvt valve because it was leaking oil. Did not put it in correctly. After I came back, they told me that the valve is working properly and it's leaking from a different location. I had to change the valve myself"
