"Went in yesterday to get my “free” bday gift. I interacted with 3 associates. All were rude, none said happy birthday and they made me feel like I was a nuisance. I left there feeling horrible. Fast forward to Sephora down the street….. they were pleasant, friendly and happy I was there to celebrate my 55th birthday…. Ulta once was customer friendly, but this was not the first time I experienced lack of customer service. Don’t offer something you don’t want to give…."

"I had been in Ulta before but was directed by my best friend to look into their services and I'm so glad I did! I hadn't had a hair cut in years and I was very nervous.. I booked with Isabel. She is an absolute rock star!! Super friendly, she did not start until I let her know exactly what I was looking for and she executed perfectly!! I am so happy with my hair and hope to become a regular of Isabel's! She is a gem! Thank you so much!!"

"Absolutely horrible location. Just came out of there and the manager (old lady, Glasses, pink sweater) was running around the aisles placing product back and kept running into me and my husband instead of saying excuse me and waiting for us to move. No sense of personal space. Was also elbowed in the back accidentally by a worker who was rushing behind me down an aisle while I was looking at product. Kept being followed around by employees acting like we were going to steal( maybe because we don’t look like the typical Ulta patrons) I felt so uncomfortable in there. It was my first time ever shopping in store. I don’t think I’ll go back to Ulta ever again, or at least not that location. Maybe I’ll just stick with Sephora next time."

"Karen graciously answered some of my questions while Danielle finished with another client. Then Danielle helped me update my color matches and demonstrated some of the products that were new to me. Both ladies were charming, courteous, patient and thorough."
