"Best accident experience ever. Situation: I was rear-ended on I-10 returning to Phoenix from Tucson. The bumper on my Prius suffered damage. Task: My mechanic recommended Brightwood. I had taken my car to this shop when it was Tracy's Autobody. I was hopeful to receive the same quality work. Action: I took my car to Brightwood on a Monday, and it was done five days later on Friday. Result: Perfection. I feel like I have a new car. "While what lead to me visiting Brightwood Collision Center was due to the negligence of a terrible driver, the staff at Brightwood Collision Center were able to take a pretty crappy situation and make it really great. The communication was excellent and the work that was completed on my Tesla was excellent. They helped arrange pick up from my rental car company and when I went to get my car, they allowed me to leave the rental car there.
