"For the last several months I’ve been severely disappointed with their organization. They get me in to my appointment anywhere from 30-60 minutes past my appointment time, and despite going to them for 3 years, every time I call they frustratingly ask if I am a new patient. I work 8-4, and have to take off close to 2 hours just for the appointment due to their disorganization. This last time was the final straw for me. I called them on my drive in the pouring rain to let them know I’d be running 5 minutes late due to the weather. They precede to tell me my appointment was canceled and they tried to call me the day before. I look at my call log, and they called me while at work, however they didn’t leave a voicemail, nor did they try to call again later that day, or the morning of my appointment. Therefore, I figured it was a confirmation call. I get a confirmation text later and confirm my appointment through text, but then they tell me as I’m 10 minutes away my appointment is cancelled and they “tried to let me know.” Absolutely ridiculous, as I take time off of work for these appointments. It’s as if they just decided I’d figure out my appointment was cancelled when I arrived. TMJ is something I struggle with and need specialized care for, but they clearly do not care about me as a patient, therefore I will be finding a different office. Only giving them 2 stars because their appliances have helped me, but it’s not worth the horrible communication and blatant disorganization."
"DO NOT GO HERE!!! Avoid at all costs. Stick to dentists that specialize in TMJ or honestly just go somewhere else. The tech didn’t know how to take my X-rays, kept stopping to ask someone else in a different room questions and also didn’t offer me a lead apron. One of the billing ladies is rude! The younger one. She spoke down to me like I was a child when I had questions. Extremely condescending. The other one is not as bad but still feels like they’re pushing things on you like sales. They were trying to tell me my TMJ is so bad that I needed a day guard when I definitely do not which they basically “tricked me” into signing a sheet saying that I wanted it when I definitely didn’t. You don’t get a copy of this signed document by the way. I had to pay for it out of pocket. $900 I’m never getting back and so much time wasted with such an awful experience and staff. Will never go back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Super upset with my outcome here."
"Person responding to the phone was extremely rude and short! Did not give any room for questions and hung up immediately as I was saying thank you. Have more polite people answering your phone calls if you’d like a better representation of the clinic."
"The staff was very personable, like we were guests. Explained step by step procedures. Dr B was very interesting. Shared some personal stories and made us very comfortable. So glad that we were sent to him for my husband's need. So glad our insurance pays for everything. Win- Win all the way."
"There are so many technicians coming in and out of the room that it was tough to follow their questions and answer accurately. And something as important as my med list was never asked about and, as a result, I see inaccuracies in the report from your office, as well as errors in my medical history. For example, the report says I had radiation treatment which, in fact, I have never had that in my life. I would also have appreciated more information about the dental splint being ordered such as seeing a sample or even a brochure about the device so that I could have given better informed consent. I would like an acknowledgement of the corrections I submitted. As an aside it took four phone calls, three unanswered in November where I left voice messages, to get this appointment. Thanks to Dr. Core for adjusting my mandibular device better."
