"Excellent staff and service! I have high anxiety with dental offices but everyone made me feel very comfortable. Came in with an ortho consolation and Dr. Ortiz was very gentle and talked to me as I had an my evaluation. As I left, the girls in the front made me feel super special and even gave me free samples. Thank you to the whole staff! I'll be back!"

"I just had my teeth cleaned here for the second time and on both visits I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the place is clean and inviting and conveniently located. During my appointment they let me know about additional products and services they offer and provided me with info to review at home, but did not try to pressure me to buy anything. Today there was a mixup and somehow my appointment wasn’t showing in the scheduling system, but they were still able to get me in which I greatly appreciate since I took the day off work. All in all I’m very happy with the service here!"

"We attended this practice both here and at Bell Road for several years. Our entire family were patients. We like the dentists but the admin and billing is as bad as it can be. They give you a quote then they check with the insurance and you pay YOUR portion in FULL before your leave. The last few treatments we had have ended up in additional billing after the service. My last major treatment I asked them several times if what I was paying was the final bill and was told yes, a few months later I got a bill for an additional $900. It did not just happen once but now seems to be the norm for this Company. When you try to resolve it they say they will do so but nothing happens and the bill keeps being sent. When you push them to try and help you on a billing issue they simply become rude and dismissive. The final straw was when my daughter had dental treatment she paid 1.5K which they told her was full payment. She got another bill for $200 for the same visit. They billed me, not my daughter, because we had a "family plan" . She is 25 years old and pays her own bills as she did at the end of her visit and procedure. We have called them several times to address it and asked that they rebill our daughter. Not only are they incapable of fixing a billing issue as they have proven to us over and over but they continued to go after us for another person's fee and have now referred us to collections for a service we never had. They simply would not listen to the facts or even try to work with us, and why should they put themselves out after all they have the option of collections when they run out the clock without addressing the problems. We have spent several thousands of dollars with the practice over the years and their ignorant and incompetent approach to the billing issues means we will never go back there again. Go there if you want but be prepared for a billing issue which they are incapable of fixing. Get a written quote signed by a manager and detailed information on additional billing before you pay them. Do not sign anything which says you will also pay any additional costs without a full written explanation of what these additional costs are. In fact if you do not want the hassle we have had, find another dental practice with a competent billing department."

"If you want proper dental care and customer service, RUN FROM THIS PLACE Nobody was at the front desk on the exam day and waited to check in as nurses had no idea what’s going on. Left on the patient chair for 15 minutes without notified when the assistant went help with hygienist. Pushed for filling and cleaning on the same day like everyone has time to do it. Scheduled on the MLK for filling and cleaning back to back. Since I grind my teeth really badly, I specifically told the dr that the bite is not right and she went with what she felt like. Now my enamel on the left have wore down to the point that I cannot even chew an orange, drink cold drink, use water pika, etc. These damages are IRREVERSIBLE. Also, The Hygenist was so behind and the front office told me they were doing me a favor by working around my schedule. Seriously, I can come back the next day if they tell me they are behind for half hour not working around my schedule. Also claim came back as denied as the office didn’t provide medical records as requested. Never received a claim like that since all the offices I went knew how to submit documents to insurance claims. I would not come to this place if my insurance didn’t change / appoint this location as my primary dentist. The organization and customer service are unacceptable and caused irreversible damages. 2/8 update: went to another dentist and concluded that the filling is hitting pretty high. And the sensitivity due to periodontitis even though I just a did a deep cleaning"

"Very disappointing as I like many others have paid for Invisalign only to be abandoned in mid treatment. This office has pushed me around since they bought the place. I waited 2 hours in the lobby for my appointment only to get in the chair and have them discover that my aligners had not arrived. Then they called me 4 days later to say that Invisalign couldn’t recognized their digital scan of my teeth and that it would need to be redone. They promised my aligners were being expressed and would arrive in 7 days. It is now 3 weeks later! I left a message for their regional director who has failed to return my messages. I’ve now done as the reviews posted and I’ve filed a detailed complaint with the Attorney General of Arizona Office. What a disgrace of dishonesty and chaos! Everyone you go there it’s some new office girl not knowing anything and claiming it’s their ”first day“. Is anyone legitimately running this office at all? I have concerns because the new orthodontist they found made me fill out a form the second time so that she is able to preview my Invisalign records. Which tells me the prior times they didn’t even bother to prob manly do things right when I came in for the scans. I’ve already paid in full for the treatment and they are not acting proper at all! Include me in any class action lawsuits please."
