Well I had a dental emergency and my friend recommended Reimage Dental Studio! Cassidy at the front desk was kind and welcomed me in and set me up to fill out paperwork! Not even 10 minutes went by til Kay greeted me and took me back for X-rays! She was so sweet and friendly, I was instantly at ease and felt comfortable. After the X-rays I was introduced to my dental hygienist Kaylee and Dr. Call! Dr. Call assured me there were willing and ready to address my tooth emergency, I did not once feel judged or pressured to do anything, just listened to as they prepped for future procedures to address my tooth issues! Kaylee was so nice and we bonded over books almost instantly! My fear from the past dental experiences quickly faded as Kaylee took great care of me, cleaned my teeth and set me up with a fluoride solution to help my poor neglected teeth! After the cleaning, Cassidy sat me down to go over everything Dr. Call mentioned in our first meeting! I was able to see an estimated cost analysis of all my future procedures which helped me mentally and financially prepare for everything to come!
