"I am so upset with the owners; they don’t care about their employees or the employee's customers. It’s upsetting that they still have COLD water to wash your hair out can’t believe this at all. It’s bad enough for the hairdresser to explain that they have to wash their hair out in cold water because the owner don't care Sadly , I drive an hour away just for my hairdresser because she’s the BEST, but this is uncalled for people pay good money for their hair. I would expect that would come with hot water, and mind you It’s winter! I hope you don’t blame Covid like everyone else. It shouldn’t take more than two weeks! Not a good way to start the new year off. Fix the issue care for your employees and their customers!"
