"Dr Zagami's office is 11/10! From when you first walk in, everything is always decorated so cute (not cold like a typical Dr office) and Rebecca and Choco greet you right away with their bright smiles and super positive energy. The hygienist, Jocelyn, is so wonderful, patient, and gentle. She takes her time and is always reassuring you and making sure you are comfortable. She explains things calmly and in ways you can clearly understand. Dr. Zagami is amazing, patient, and gentle as well! He has all of the latest top of the line technology so everything is done painlessly, detailed, and thorough and way less invasive than other dental offices. He has such a good positive energy and you can tell he really truly cares about his patients and takes the extra time to gets to know them to understand what their needs, concerns, or fears (me lol) are and finds ways to make them as comfortable and relaxed as possible and always checks in to see how you are doing during the entire process. His assistant is great too! I can't speak higher praises of everyone in Dr Zagami's office. They all make you feel really special and welcomed and remembered, not just another number. I can't express enough that Dr. Zagami and Jocelyn, the hygienist, are incredibly patient, gentle, and listen and are always checking in to make sure you are ok and will even take breaks if you need. For someone like me who has extreme dentist anxiety, they immediately made me feel like everything was going to be fine and explained everything that they were doing step by step. By my second visit, my blood pressure was completely normal because they take the anxiety out of it and now I actually look forward to going to their office for appointments (believe it or not, it's true!). If you are currently looking for an incredible, gentle, and talented dental office, I HIGHLY recommend Dr Zagami's office. My ENTIRE family goes there and couldn't be happier with everyone there. You're in good hands there and it's without a doubt Scottsdale's best dental office!!! =D"

"Not a fan of Dr. Zagami. I wasn’t impressed with his overall dismissive demeanor on my visit with him. Insurance charges and invoicing was not transparent and I got a surprise bill. They were also supposed to get back to me in regard to my aligner treatment which I still had a 2 year period on to get realigned and no one contacted me. I’m thinking because I wasn’t his original patient he didn’t value my business. Only reason I saw him was out of my loyalty to Dr. Jordan Endres who used to own this practice. Now, Dr. Jordan was extremely kind, compassionate, and empathetic. Also, the staff that Dr. Jordan left behind is good, but Dr. Zagami just lost my business. I doubt it matters to him though."

Dr.Zagami & his staff have literally transformed my teeth and have giving me so much more confidence. The direction on how to care for my Invisalign was very clear and direct.
