"Unprofessional. Yolanda "text" (which was never received) and no call for a same day cancellation when the reason for the cancellation occurred two days prior to our appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and called twice as the door was locked and no answer. Yolanda's text response made it clear she places blame on others, takes no accountability, and places her personal matters and agenda above others. She even went the extent to tell me I was wrong for calling her prior to our last appointment to let her know I had an unplanned event where I needed to take care of my paying customer - placing my customer above me, as a business owner should. Check out Little Luxury Spa down the street. Way better choice."

"Beauty and cozy place. Yolanda is the owner and she very nice and friendly. This is my first time doing eyelash extensions and I like them this much. She is kinda busy so make sure you book an appointment as soon as possible if you don't want to wait at least 10 days. I will be back next couples weeks for my refill and next time for doing volume lashes. In general, highly recommended. I will put more stars for her if I can."
