"I had a crown put in and paid out of pocket so the crown cracked in less than a year. So I called to get it fixed and they wanted to charge for x-rays etc. The manager in charge said I needed insurance and x-rays to see the nerve damage. Which I have no nerve damage it's a cracked crown so manager said I needed to go in cuz there is no insurance on a crown or the teeth they work on."

"The hygienists and lead dentist here are solid with their line of work.. but tbe billing department is nothing short of pathetic. I addressed an issue last week concerning the dentist's desire for me to pay out of pocket becuase of adjustments made to my military dental insurance that haven't settled yon their end yet. I ca go on, but I degress."

"I would have given this place 5 stars if not for the hasty front desk ladies that checked me out on my last 2 visits. I have been going to here for over 10 years and had excellent service until this small incident that could have been ok if she was completely honest with me. I miss the service from the retired front desk lady, Linda who was the warmest amazing person ever. My insurance covers 2 visits per year. Since I had braces, my hygienist suggested a third visit to keep on top of it only about $60 if I paid out of pocket. So I booked a third visit in November and checked out paying $64 and making sure I mentioned it’s my third visit and paying out of pocket. March comes around and I get a balance of $89 I needed to pay saying insurance won’t cover due to frequency. I had an appointment the following week so I took it up with front desk lady who was to check me out. She explained by law they have to tell insurance. Yes, but you didn’t have to put a claim to it. I paid the balance and took the receipt of all the services last year. I wished she would’ve tried to somehow compensate for their mistake or at least apologize so I didn’t have to write this portion of the review."

"As the other reviews say, Dr. Sadlon is phenomenal. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had and I am so grateful to him! I’ve had thousands and thousands of dollars in dental work and poor experiences here in town. I couldn’t recommend this dentist more highly. If you need dental work and want a pain free, enjoyable experience he is your guy."
