"BEWARE!!!!!!! If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. To sum it up they are crooked in how they operate. They prey on you when you are in severe pain and throw a random amount of money that it would take for them to help you. This happened on two separate occasions. An inexperienced dentist caused more problems for me and I asked for a more seasoned dentist to fix the problem but was told that wasn’t possible. I’ve never received such poor care from such an unprofessional group of people. Pain or no pain don’t come here; you’ll regret it!!"

"Dr. Sanghvi is a conscientious and attentive doctor. During one of my visits, she asked me to brush my teeth while she observed. (This felt strange because no one had ever done this.) Then she corrected my technique and explained her reasoning. Caring doctor. AY"

"Word of advice…Do not come here. Find a better dental office that listens. I have always had such a fear and high anxiety around dentists that unfortunately I let my teeth get bad. Dr Mann is ok but the other dentist I seen that does the checkups/cleaning consistently shames you for the condition of your teeth to your anxiety around dentists. One of the things I had done here was 3 implants on my bottom front teeth and not even 2 years later I found out they have failed. I have also found out that a lot of what I was told by this dental office was a lie to talk me into getting the implants. I was suppose to get additional implants in the back and refused those and I got shamed and talked down to. Even after I refused multiple times, they tried to get my husband to convince me and only when he also got firm with them did they stop trying to push their weight around. Yes implants can fail, but in my case I should have never gotten the implants I did get. I have been going to my new dentists office religiously every 6 months for cleanings and check-ups and doing what I need to do at home. So no it’s not because I haven’t been doing what I need to do to keep them healthy. The regular cleanings I had before I left this office I was suppose to see Dr Mann but she was not in both times so I seen one of her colleagues. The lady did NOT care if she hurts you. I told her several times please be careful this/that hurts and at times I’d get no response back and other times I’d get a nasty look from her. After I left this office for good, they called me 4 different times trying to get me to come back and every time I made it very clear I was not going back there. They finally gave up and stopped calling. Please listen to other reviews that say this place looks good in the front office but in the back, half the equipment either isn’t working or isn’t working right and once you are in the seat that can be very very pushy. I am leaving this review now because a lot of what I was told and had pushed on me in this office I have found out was a lie, and I feel wasted a lot of money that should never have been spent. Unless it is now taken down, they do offer a Starbucks gift card with 5 star reviews so be very wary of the positive reviews of this place."

"The worst dentist experience I've ever had, and I normally love the dentist. They didn't explain anything they were doing and requested me to get additives/sign paper work/get my credit card out (extra charge) DURING the cleaning so I felt very pressured. The dentist didnt speak to me, introduce herself, tell me to close my mouth there was no direction. I had water going up my nose the whole time, I felt like I was being water boarded. There were puddles of water in my mouth not being sucked out. It was painful. When I asked about my sensitive tooth I was told mouthwash would help.....WHAT? They couldn't seem to take the right x rays so I had to take every picture 2-3 times and the x ray was stabbing the roof of my mouth. They pressured me into making another appointment even though I told them I would call if I wanted to make an appointment. My teeth do not feel clean whatsoever. I'm not one to write reviews but this was so so bad."

"I booked teeth whitening through Goldwater and they said it would take an hour and a half. After 2 hours they were barely halfway done. I had to go! I had already paid them $200. I rescheduled to finish my appointment at another time. At my next scheduled appointment time they had accidentally booked someone else in my time slot. I rebooked again. Again I arrived for my appointment and they double booked again. They said they would just sell me a home teeth whitening kit (which I didn't really want), except they didn't have any in stock, but they would the following week and they would call me. They never called. The kits never came in. I have called 3 times requesting a refund for my $200. They have never responded to my request, I will now file a claim with Visa for services unrendered. This office is a cluster of mismanagement and also they are SLOW."
