"This place is a huge waste of time. After waiting 3 weeks for my appointment they acted like they never heard of me. I sent them photos and called weekly trying to update them on the insurance process and the front desk staff refused to listen. Instead they talked over me and said their system doesn’t show anything. This shop tried to say it was $7,000 cash to get a repair done but refused to listen to what I went through talking with Freddie through email since they didn’t follow the Tesla app. The part for the nose cone is $650 and they made waiting to get in a nightmare. I finally gave up on dealing with the shop and I will drive to California before I let them run their scam on me"
