"Very friendly place with a happy atmosphere, answered all my questions and were super informative. They were understanding about my dental status and told me everything I needed to know to stay on track! It’s almost an hour away from me but it’s worth the drive definitely recommend."
"Excellent in all areas, as usual. Professional, friendly, efficient staff, spotlessly clean office — overall perfect visit. The staff even provide cold water, coffee, lip balm and ink pens in the lobby. AND, current magazines! I highly recommend!"
"At first, my family had great experiences with Paradise Valley Dentistry. I had some scaling done, and my wife and daughter had cleanings done. The staff was friendly and helpful, and was very proficient at their jobs. The issue we ran into was centered entirely on the billing process. My wife and daughter had a cleaning done, which our insurance covers 100%. However I still got to pay several hundreds of dollars for their visits. After my scaling, I was told that I needed 2 fillings and the doc suggested gold fillings. When I went back for the fillings, I asked how much my out the door cost was going to be (since I had already learned better from my wife and daughter's visits), and the bill was actually for 2 crowns (which I did not need). The total was more than $5000, and my cost was going to be around $2000 before it was all said and done. Needless to say, I didn't get the procedure done that day. I got a second opinion from another dentist, who actually did the fillings and a cleaning. After working with the second dentist, I paid $87 out the door. Like I said, everyone at PV Dentistry was very nice. But if you're looking for a fair price for good work, you'd do well to get a second opinion."
"Dr Fialkoff has the rare blend of skill and chair side manner that few dentists possess. I have been through the dental wringer (9 crowns and an implant), so to speak and have always been anxious about appts. His winning personality, humor and quite frankly Renaissance-man level of knowledge of history, science, and literature make going to the dentist something to which I look forward. I know. Wacky. But he’s the real deal."
"The best dental care in my life right here and I've lived in 3 states. Open to questions and they discuss all the treatment options with no pressure. Dr. Fialkoff is also great at making young, nervous patients more calm and open to care."
