"The people here are great they don't rush you out the door just to get the next client in the chair. They close at 6 I left after 8 and there were people still there getting the services they wanted. Went above and beyond on my fingers and toes"

"My family and I have been a faithful customer to Jenny (owner) and her family for 12 YEARS. Her eyebrow waxing skills have always met our expectation, until recently my sister went in on 2 different times to get her brows waxed and ended up with her skin being chemically burned by the wax. That had never happened before but she stopped going. On the day of 03/18/22 I went it for a pedi/wax. The owners mom had done my pedi a few times so I knew what to expect. I wanted a simple white polish. As soon as she grabbed the white polish bottle I noticed it looked clumpy and dry and was not impressed with the first few coats. I made sure to let her know early on but she continued to use it even adding something to the bottle to make it less clumpy. She asked how it looked after 2 coats and I let her know I didn’t like it so, I could tell she was irritated and got her husband to finish the polish. (He’s plain rude and have seen how he treats other customers on different occasions when they point out a service the customer wasn’t happy with.) He starts off with a different polish bottle to just do a total of 2 more coats on top of what his wife had done and again not impressed as it look awfully clumpy. He proceeds to fix my big toenail after i said I still didn’t like it. Then he starts to put my sandals on RIGHT AFTER APPLYING THE POLISH. Didn’t even wait for it to dry off for a few mins. So of course he smeared the polish after pointing it out HE AGGRESSIVELY GRABS MY FOOT TO START REDOING IT I PULL BACK AS NOW IM NOT COMFORTABLE WITH HIM CONTINUING THE SERVICE. I told him to please stop BUT HE FORCEFULLY GRABS MY ANKLE TO SET IT DOWN SO HE CAN “FIX IT”. I TOLD HIM TO NOT GRAB ME LIKE THAT AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED JENNY OVER to which she apologized and asked if she can fix it. I ended up not waiting for her to finish and just walked out. They definitely lost a faithful customer after this horrible experience."

"Just got a gel full set as shown on pictures Bulky and he would fix them if I asked but had a bad attitude about them. Not even First & last time I don’t mind paying but if your going to do a bad job I do mind especially for 56$"

"Jenny is awesome! She always has a line of people waiting for her for eyebrow wax and manicures, so you may have to wait a while but it is worth it to me! Her lines are always straight when she does a french manicure or nail designs and the polish looks immaculate. She does some pretty crystal designs too. The older gentleman who is her father does a great job on manis & pedis also. I don't go too often because I do not live close by but every time I do I am always happy with the results."
