"I am severely displeased! I’m having to avoid getting angry lol if I could leave zero or negative stars I would, Iv read comments saying the same thing before and thought people were being ridiculous but this is the Alma school and Chandler Boulevard location next to the Wendy’s. Checked in online,it said there were two in front of me And gave me a 27 minute timer my son and I went over to Wendy’s. We ate and came back with two minutes remaining and watched a customer walk out the door as we parked to go inside. I held the door open for two ladies costumers who took like five minutes getting checked in,I was asked if I checked in online and the told there was still l someone ahead us and it would be 20 to 30 minutes? They were only two employees and I was on my way to the orthodontist for my son to get his braces removed and get a photo taken for the business"

"Books ahead of time because there is usually a wait here. Miguel cut my hair and was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted and kept asking questions along the way to make sure I was satisfied. Phenomenal communication skills and thoroughness. Will be requesting him from now on."

"Very unpleasant experience due the a woman hair stylist. She was not patient enough to hear how I wanted hair cut and behaved as though she knows it all. I asked for a layer cut with U shape. She has ruined the hair cut and had made it short with no layers. When I was trying to tell her how I wanted, she was saying that I can grow my hair and come back coz now she can’t fix it. Everybody does mistakes but her attitude and not being sorry for what she did was the worse. Not sure how such people can have an unpleasant attitude towards customer. Another hair stylist (guy) was kind enough to step in and try to rectify it however what’s gone is gone. Though they did not charge me for the haircut and also offered a free haircut next time, I wouldn’t go to this place at all. Thanks for the guy who tried to help me and the woman ( who much be in her 40s I guess ) with that bad attitude needs to learn to respect the customers. She did not even wet my hair before the cut and was complaining that I had perfume on me and she doesn’t like fragrances. Very unpleasant experience. Never going again."

"Got there around 2pm today. Got scratched by barber’s hair clipper really hard. She acted like nothing just happened and after 5 mins she said “oh you got a scratch on your neck” :) In the end she took a mirror showing the back of my head, and she just trying to avoid showing the scratch part lol didn’t even said a sorry. Shouldn’t have tipped for this service"
