"The man who cut my hair, older, maybe in his 50s, was whining that I came in when he was about to go to lunch, and then he literally said “Ah what the hell, it’s a F-ing $17 haircut” and then proceeded to give me the fastest and worst haircut I have ever received. I will never return to this great clips again. Please for the love of God, get rid of this employee before he continues to damage the reputation of Great Clips. Holy cow."

"Got my hair done by Reonna, who is the senior management. She didn't listen to me or look at my picture because she botched my hair! I always ask for the same thing and show the same picture and it has NEVER turned out so bad. I asked for a shag/wolfcut, something I've gotten MANY times but instead I got a mullet! I lost all of my volume and length. It was horrible, looked horrible, and was uneven everywhere. Thankfully when I went back, Maria B., redid my hair. She's a life saver. Super nice and helpful. 5/5 starts for Maria. I've had Maria do my hair in the past, with the same requests and picture, and she has been the only person to meet my expectations. Thank you, Maria!"

"DO NOT GO HERE. Or if you do don’t let Josh cut your hair. I went in for a trim and asked for 1.5 inches off. Josh showed me what an inch and a half would look like and I said ok. He then too it upon himself to cut off SIX INCHES OF MY HAIR!!! I measured my hair before I left for my appointment to figure out how much I wanted off. My hair was down to the bottom of my ribs and now it is 1 inch below my collar bone. My hair was damaged and I was working on getting it healthy so I know it needed a bit more than what I asked but I was trying to just cut a little at a time. But Josh took it upon himself to just butcher my hair which is not at all what I asked for. Then he tried to justify what he did. He also did a terrible job and it looked all jagged which I had him fix to look decent. But I can’t get my six inches of hair back that he took upon himself to just cut off that took me four years to grow to that length. So I will NEVER be returning and will not be suggesting anyone to go there. Wish I could give 0 star rating."

"One of the worst experiences I have had at Great clips so far. Went in the evening with no one at the front desk and after waiting for 10 mins the guy showed up after cleaning some tools. Had a nightmare haircut with zero customer satisfaction. Wanted to get a hair wash but he declined stating there were people behind me and was very rude as well."
