"Danielle does a great job at European Wax! Highly recommend her! The only problem is the studio is freezing. Apparently the staff is not allowed to touch the thermostat and is really cold all the time. Management won’t allowed them to wear long sleeves either. Seems like an issue for staff and customers so why not turn up the heat a little?"

"The ladies who welcomed me are marvelous. I went in for a brow wax and tint, and when I was presented with a mirror after the waxing, there are still hairs that are out of place, but Hannah is sweet enough to do a strip again. Even after that though, it's still not clean as I want it to be. The tinting is okay, nothing extraordinary, but on my left brow, it's like a faded block or out of proportion. Once I’m done, while checking out, I availed the 50% off for brow tint so that makes my total to $11. The receptionist was "if you include gratuity, that will be $44" she was nice about it but it caught me off guard. I think mostly everyone will be. I was so confused why the tip they want is 70% more than the price of the service. Even if it's discounted, 50% tip is a lot. I feel uncomfortable with it every time I’m asked with that question when I check out. I will tip if I want to and I tip all the time especially if the service is GREAT. And I did give Hannah a gift card because that was what I wanted to do since it’s Christmas. But after that, I feel like not coming back anymore."
