"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING HERE! This GC sucks. Aweful customer service and communication. I've tried to get a shampoo at this location twice. Each time the lady has had some sort of attitude. This last time 2/14/24, the 'lady' was God aweful. I would never let someone with an attitude like that touch me or my child."

"So I was walking by store on baseline and power, asked to make appointment, rude gal at desk tells me can not do that must go to app or take your chance by waiting, no wonder no one was there that is in my opinion a stupid way to run a business, what would be difference between making a appointment while was there and wasting my time on app."

"I was just in this store if there was a zero star I would give it to this store. The lady that I approached to ask about a hair cut was rude and disgusting. I asked her name and she refused to give it. Asked to speak with a manager was refused. Have been getting hair cuts for my boys here for years. Will never be back. The horrible woman that I had this experience with had red colored hair."

"Door was broken and staff gets upset when you open the door and it breaks. Sign on the door says to open slowly, but it's in yellow highlighter on white paper in the sun not even readable. Overall all staff was cranky and aggressively cut hair. Raised their voice when I wanted a hair cut and all she did was trim it slightly all around and I asked to go shorter. This is why only old people go to great clips."

"During the summer, my hair is super short. But I started growing it out. It actually looked not bad. Then it was a bit too long. I went in and asked for a trim an a little styling. The technician dry cut my hair an inch all around, no styling or shaping. I have to say this is the worst haircut I ever got. My biggest problem is that I live on SSA and that doesn't afford me to go to a different place."
