"I showed up to my appointment on time and followed her instructions. I noticed leanna was being rough on removing my old lashes and I asked her a few times if she could be more gentle, but she was obviously not on the same page as me. After a few times I couldn't take the pain and told her that i didnt want to proceed with the lash extensions, and she was ok with that but told me she was going to charge me for a cancellation fee. I was in shock when she said that she will be charging me a cancellation fee. Never in my life has someone charged me for a service that wasnt complete. I have been to multiple lash services and never felt pain like this. I feel like leanna is very unprofessional and I wish I didn't have to write this but I don't want others going through the same pain. Save yourself the headache and get your lashes done somewhere else."
