"I love the work Jason has done with my haircut and color but scheduling has been a nightmare. On three occasions the appointment was canceled with a phone call the day before, not had me on the schedule but he worked me in and the final straw was a scheduled Saturday appointment for highlight and cut In which Jason was not even there. On all three occasions I had the appointment cards. The response I got from his staff was “he didn’t call you”. My time is just as valuable as the stylist. I didn’t even get a follow up call to reschedule or apology for another mix up. Three strikes your out rule applies. I wish I could continue but the poor management of schedules does not make the customer a priority."

"My wife was the patron at Salon Orozco today. They were fabulous ! My wife is a 100% service connected disabled Air Force veteran , so going to ANY Salon is challenging to say the very least. My wife is always in her powerwheelchair or in this case, her smaller " manual" wheelchair and maneuvering through a busy salon can be difficult. Her awesome hair stylist was Dani. Dani listened intently to what Pamala wanted to have done( color and trim). When all done, Pamala's hair was GORGEOUS ! I'm Pamala's caregiver and we're always together and I don't leave her unattended or out of sight, as her personal security and comfort are my sole focus. I must say that Salon Orozco and the entire staff there, are EXCEPTIONAL! All including Dani are genuinely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and like " old friends". Fellow stylists including the owner, Mr. Orozco, were polite and smiling really giving Pamala and me too, a sense of calm. Salon Orozco is fantastic !"

"I visited this salon a few months ago, and due to work am not able to get in again till after the New Year, but I'm happy to say that my hair is growing out wonderfully! I have natural "beach" waves that can be really hard to cut. I've got some really bad ones over the years. Generally about this time I am noticing that my style has lost it's shape, but Tesla did an amazing job and it's still manageable. I sure hope she's still there when I return!"

"I did brazilian blowout with them. I used to do it regularly before I moved to Arizona. This was the first time I did this treatment in Arizona. I felt that the product they used was fake product because after this treatment I have dandruff which I never used to have. I recommend this saloon for haircuts but not for any hair treatment."
