"I originally booked wash with customized style, I arrived with day old curls and asked for a half up, half down voluminous teased style. The stylist told me a side swept style would look better with my dress and for my holiday party event, to which I was open to and agreed. All she did was re-curl my hair, hairspray and texturizing spray, and placed the clip that I brought. No teasing, no Bobby pins, no hair ties. The clip she placed fell before I even got back to my hotel. So basically, I was just left with curls. Which I already could do myself. Zero skill required or provided. The staff was friendly and place was clean. Maybe a full wash and style would have been more what I was looking for as I originally requested."
