And hostile towards me started walking in the back of the store when I asked her name. She refused to do a haircut over a slight wimper. Mind you, this is my daughter's 1st haircut. She was very unhappy and didn't look happy to work there. Serious mental issues."
"The haircut was honestly just not good. Customer service, everything else was good, but the haircut was just not what I asked for. *initiate 2 embarrassing weeks of school* Edit: my second haircut was way better. I guess if you want a short haircut with no fade for a round head, ask for an ivy league haircut with 5 on top and 2 on sides. Although the wait is long, getting personalized notes added to your name makes it worth it. 2nd edit: My most recent haircut was phenomenal. Calling them ahead of time significantly decreases wait times. Also, customer service is once again amazing."
