"This place is terrible with service. I walked in and was prepared to wait 20 minutes until 11 but the 1030 was 15 minutes late. I have a 5 minute buzz cut and she opted to wait for her appoint who showed up 20 minutes late, then causing me to wait even longer than she said. Happened to me actually like 3 times from same gal. It’s like they don’t want to cut hair. Cuts that take 10 minutes they will still only take 2 per hour , it’s a joke. Could have cut my hair 3 times but opted to sit on her thumbs and wait vs cut my hair…the appt was 20 minutes late! I was in line. Ridiculous. After 3 times that happened I am giving a bad review and never going back."

"Horrible customer service, we called earlier today and they told us to come at 5pm on October 2d, I asked if we could do 5:30, she said it was already taken, we could do 5pm, she is coloring someone’s hair and she should be done by 5. When we arrived to salon she asked what time is our appointment, told her 5pm, she said to wait until she is done coloring the other rude lady’s hair! I said how long will that take? she said I don’t know! I said will you have time to finish and cut my sons hair before 5:30? She said if you want to go, you can go I am ok with that!! And the other lady said :are you expecting her to stop coloring my hair so she could cut your sons hair!?!! And laughed in a very disrespectful way. I said, well, you could have told me to schedule for tomorrow or you could be late, but your actions reflect bad business practice. And they both started yelling at me and my son.
