The updated location has the same girls & same owners why haven’t they refunded me!!"

"I just got my eyebrows done for the first time in a year. They look horrible. The left one is a completely different shape than the right. This place used to be good. What happened?!?! The girl who did mine took about 30 seconds total to complete the service and she completely disregarded how I asked to have them done. I guess I’ll find a professional eyebrow service elsewhere."

"I have done my eye brows here 3 times till date . This time it's really bad.They have hired few incompetent eye brow artist ,For ex:the lady who did my eye brows today took too long ,she was slow and it was very painful and the shape is horrible this time .but I must say I have had good experience as well. Never a wow experience. The eye brow parlour at AZ mills mall is more consistent, I have never had a bad experience there.FYI I have been threading my eye brows for the last 13 years,if you are trying for the first time try at a good place,this place is hit or miss."

"This place is horrible!!! I wish I could give negative stars instead of one, even that is generous. I actually just left and my eyebrows have been butchered! I had already told the girl that I barely have any eyebrows to begin with and I'm trying to grow them out and let's just say now one of my eyebrows are shorter than the other I am not happy. Do yourself a favor and never go here! You're better off going to eyebrow design at Arizona Mills they do a much better job and it's only eight dollars."
