"I initially was happy with the receptionist and lash stylist Adelyn for the first two visits. However, I needed to be out of country for over a month so that I scheduled my third visit four weeks apart. After I arrived for my appointment, I was told by a different receptionist that the Adelyn said it needs to be a full session instead of a fill. I won't mind if I was told when they booked or confirmed my appointment. I didn't even know the time difference. I asked Adelyn to fill as much as she could during the fill session because I don't have time to come back that day for another session but she refused to fill my lash during the 1 hour session saying it is not fair to her because she gets paid differently. At that point I realized that she does not care about her customers and the commitment that that the lash studio makes when they book these appointments. I was very shocked and upset by her response and asked the receptionist to cancel my monthly fee, but she told me that the owner will contact me in a couple of days. BTW, the owner never did. Luckily I was able to book a fill appointment with a stylist in another Amazing lash studio location on Arizona Ave and she was able to fill my lash in one hour. To my surprise, new lashes lasted much longer than the ones filled by Adelyn."

"I have seen Kellie/kelly.. (I forget how she spells it) twice now & have been very satisfied! I will continue to make my lash appts with her. She discusses with me each time & really listens to what I want. She truly cares about her work & about how the lashes turn out. & she doesn’t talk a lot which is cool because I use my appts to take a break from my kids that literally never stop talking haha"

"Andi is fantastic! Worth the Master fee. I get a mix of 3d and 6d lashes in a Natural/Sexyish mixed style. I don't like them heavy as my straight lashes are also thin and they can't handle the weight and I don't like the look. She also makes you feel comfortable and feels like the expert you seek for your lashes."
