"'m so excited I found Michelle! She is NOT your average aesthetician. Michelle is actually an experienced RN who still practices in the field, so I have every confidence that my skin is in skilled hands. Because she's worked with every age group - pediatrics to nursing homes - throughout her career, she's quite literally seen it all. Whatever you have going on won't surprise her in the slightest. I started working with Michelle about a year ago, and in that time we've tackled four different hair "zones," all with excellent results. Michelle is always listening and checking on your progress, customizing the treatment type and intensity for your unique skin type and hair type. I've learned so much just by chatting with her about hair follicle health and different types of growth cycles - I can tell she really knows her stuff and loves helping her clients achieve the look they want. In fact, I originally wanted to do more areas, but after examining my hair and skin types, Michelle leveled with me and said it wouldn't be worth the expense. She could have easily done the upsell - I would be a dolphin if I could - but she cares more about her clients than about booking more sessions.
