"Unfortunately I have no idea of Marcy’s quality of work because I was not able to fulfill my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for today, however my children started feeling sick last night and I woke up with fever and feeling horrible. Having a chronic illness I did need to be seen in the emergency department. Myself as well as my children tested positive for covid. When I was discharged from the hospital, I emailed Marcy to apologize and explained the situation. Even though, honestly, a cosmetic appointment shouldn’t have had to cause me anxiety while I was sick. I did offer to pay a cancellation fee. However I was not expecting to pay 50% of the service that I did not receive. I think that is asking a bit much for someone to pay $100 for doing no work because they had an emergency they have no control over. I understand business is business but why choose to go to a business that doesn’t put customer service as their top priority. Again, for someone to rudely respond and then think they are being generous for ONLY charging $100 is not someone I would trust in a business transaction. There are just too many other options in the valley to settle for poor customer service. My advice, don’t bother with this place and FIND SOMEONE ELSE! Also Marcy stated doesn’t care about her reviews or ratings. Everything happens for a reason and it was probably a blessing I got sick instead of some horrid eye infection from someone who “doesn’t care”."

Marcy uses the best products & you can be confident that you will be well taken care of. I have had several of these before I wanted to write a review. A lot can go wrong with these procedures so close to your eyes, you better be sure to choose the best, I highly recommend Marcy."

I go every 2 weeks which is perfect for me so I never have to walk around with bald spots. My appointments are quick little therapy sessions for us both I think ha ha. Marcy was even able to manage my lashes through pregnancy and post-partum! Just something to keep in mind** I think it’s important to be loyal to your lash gal and locking into appointments on set times and days just really helps keep a good working relationship with any customer and lash artist."
