"Excellent service! I walked in to see Tee to ask if she could correct my hair color that was the result of a color removal treatment I had purchased at Sally Beauty. She IMMEDIATELY jumped into the task at hand and very patiently and caringly worked for 3 hours, including going out to get specialized products, to bring my hair back to a normal color. This was my third experience with this salon, and I will not go anywhere else EVER. She was exceptional, kind and considerate of the costs associated with the treatments, as well. I'd give 10 stars if I could. UPDATE: I went back to see Tee following day, for an additional treatment, and walked out with a beautiful color. I'll never go anywhere else."

"Wish I could comment on the haircut, but after making an online appointment (As recommended by the company)and driving 20 minutes to the appointment- I was greeted by a sign on the door letting me know they were closed for a meeting. "Needed a fade and never been to this part of town and I walked in and was greeted respectfully from Dawn the manager of the store and I asked if they were open. She gave me a haircut and it came out just how I wanted it. She's a hard worker dedicated and doesn't give up. Thank you"

"I went to your location this afternoon and made an appointment with Dawn Romano for 4 pm, my very first time !! I arrived about 8 minutes early, walked in, only one “stylist “ in the salon cleaning out drawers with combs etc. she , her name I found out later was Raquel, not once looked up, did not acknowledge me and continued doing her thing. I stood there for 3 to 4 minutes. Not saying a word, then finally decided to say hi. She then looked up and said hi …be with you …I Iwaited and waited , then finally she asked someone in the back.” Hey, what’s that lady’s name?”.. very professional???, her attitude and her whole demeanor showed absolutely “she couldn’t care less about anything . It was more than appalling to me ,not only was she abrupt, rude, and so very unprofessional!!! I believe I was down with her to cut my hair … I said :”OH NOOOO !”I will take the girl I made the appointment with , her name is Dawn Ramano… Dawn came to the front and greeted me with a very warm smile and I mentioned to her that I almost walked out, I was shaking like a leaf .. Dawn was very, very kind, nice and pleasant. As I was in her chair, we got rudely interrupted quite a few times by Raquel, loud, totally obnoxious!! I cannot return to your salon as long as she is there, I used to be in the profession myself and know how to treat people ! This experience was way over the top of the Worse experience !! You need to consider hiring people like like Dawn and you will be successful!!"
