"Took my mom to get a quick trim and Amra did a horrible job. Very choppy and uneven. We didn’t see how bad it was until we left because it was wet. Dropped in the next day, Amra left work early and the manager wouldn’t give a refund. We had to pay for a second cut at a real salon. DO NOT get a haircut at Supercuts. You’re welcome."
"HORRIBLE DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HAIR. I went in to get my layers done and a trim. I specifically said that I wanted to keep my length. The girl (who looks like Toni & Guy stylist from the early 2000’s) grabs chunks of my hair and just chops. I couldn’t even have it fixed because the fire dumpster was already committed. I reached out to them to let them know about this horrible stylist and I never heard back. A month later my hair is still uneven on both sides and my layers are so straight chopped that I can’t wear my hair straight anymore which adds hours to my style time each week."
"Management said they can't find a record of my visit. Probably because i paid cash on Saturday 11/11. I did not mention in the original review, I told stylist that I just finished Chemotherapy and that the reason I was cutting my hair was because of the thinning from Chemo. I am especially agitated that she took those stupid thinning shears to my hair. It has been one month and my hair looks so bad from that hair cut, that I have had to purchase wigs to cover it up. Worst hair cut ever! I specifically told the stylist I wanted my hair to fall at my shoulder, and I wanted lots of layers and to frame my face. My hair was below my shoulder blades mid back. Basically, I wanted a mid length shag. All she had to do was follow the cut I had previously and just take off about 4 inches. She obviously did not know how to cut layers. It started off with her taking hair to my shoulder where I directed her to when she asked what I wanted. And then she started the layering. The next thing I know is she reached into her drawer and takes out a different scissors, and chops my hair with thinning sheers! She keeps cutting, and the next thing I know is I have a blunt page boy haircut that is thin and ugly! Sorry, I don't remember the stylists name because I would definitely warn you not to sit in her chair."
