"Tori was absolutely amazing! I got the deep relaxation cream bath. And it was exactly it! I have never been more relaxed in my entire life. She went above and beyond for my service. I literally do not have an ounce of stress left in my body! I wish I had a favorite part but it was literally all of it! It’s the perfect birthday gift to myself. She was in no rush at all. Even though it’s a head spa she worked on my head, neck, shoulders, back, face, arms and hands!!! I am cancelling my massage membership with a different business to come back to Tori! I recommend booking with her, you won’t regret it! Oh and my hair feels amazingly soft now!"

"I have seen many videos about this “new trend” and was excited to try it, I love massages specially in my scalp but left pretty disappointed, won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it. *the water was either cold or hot, at one point it was so hot I started moving away from the spray only to then have another rinse and the water was so cold it made me even more tense. *the tools are not disinfected, is not new or special brushes. *when the masseuse finished she grab a regular towel and started RUBBING MY HAIR. I care for my hair a lot, is down to my waist and follow many treatments to keep it healthy, this person did not seem to know anything about hair. The way she “rub” my head with a regular towel, it was not microfiber or specific fabric for hair, then she decides to comb my hair after rubbing it which made it super tangled and she just kept going, I could hear my hair breaking. When I got up I could see the strands of hair in the floor. She grab some old hair dryer and did an attempt to dry my hair but gave up since I have a lot of hair. Nonetheless, the entire experience was disheartened. I would focus on getting body massages elsewhere and if I want my hair to be pampered I’ll go to a hair stylist, a professional and pay extra for a massage. Perhaps if you have super short hair this might work but even like that I wouldn’t go. Just terrible."

"I called the day before to move my appointment up, no answer. Their voicemail said to text them. I never received a response. Then at 8pm I got a message they moved my appointment 15 min later. So not the best at communication. For the “heads up spa” experience it’s important to note they don’t take video imaging of your scalp before / after The water temp kept going from hot to cold which wasn’t very relaxing Was very unsure if they sanitize the tools/ hairbrush after each use She started massaging my scalp and then started touching my face. As someone who has acne prone skin I wound up breaking out because essentially she rubbed all my head oils over my face The “wind blow” is literally just a blow dryer with a used hair brush. There were no attachments or even a styling component to it. I looked ridiculous leaving the spa. Overall for the cost it was worth it and the lady was super nice. But I probably won’t go back and have this done again in the future."

"What an amazing experience! I booked my appointment online for the deep relaxation cream bath & I loved every minute. The care & attention Michelle puts into her work is unmatched. The treatment included face, head, neck and shoulder massage that was so relaxing. After the treatment, she finishes with a blow dry. Will absolutely return for one (or more!) of the many other services she offers for skin care & massage."

"I got the Heads Up! experience after watching countless head spa videos on tiktok. The space is very well decorated and cozy! The experience itself was amazing and very relaxing - i already want to go back and get another one! They were meticulous and made sure I felt calm/relaxed the whole time. Even blow-dried my hair after. Also, my hair was so smooth after the treatment that my hairband wouldn't even stay on! Overall, would recommend."
