"Terrible experience with Pure Vanity Spa. I tested positive for COVID-19 within 24 hours of my facial appointment and even though I left a voicemail before they opened in the morning, and called as soon as they opened to inform them and cancel, my account was still charged the full amount for my "missed appointment". I tried reaching out to their customer service email and have only received one response after multiple follow ups. Even when they did respond, I got a response that simply avoided the problem with pre-typed out answers. All I want is my account to be wiped of this charge and all will be good. Instead this place has chosen to make it diffucult just so they can scam me of my money. Dissapointing. AVOID THIS PLACE."

I’ve never had hair removal before and it was, in fact, 100% painless! The microdermabrasion was great and my technician, Tori, really tried to understand my skin type in order to use the best products on it during the facial as well as to suggest what products to use after. She also explained all of the benefits you get when you buy a membership as well as a lot of their other services. The front desk staff was also super friendly and I’m excited to start booking more appointments!"
