"I got a haircut today 2/11/23 around 4:30 and I have to say my experience sucked. I left with a haircut I utterly hated because the “stylist” seemed incompetent. The other two stylist there didn’t help as when I asked for something else because she completely did nothing to help my hair in fact making it worst. Left paying full price for a joke of a haircut by a stylist that kept dropping things and looked like a dear in headlights when I asked for a one. Now I have an uneven haircut with uneven sideburns and a terrible experience. Congratulations you’re a joke. -Kainoa. I guarantee you this won’t get a reply either because it’s talking about a bad experience."

"First time at Great Clips. Received a nice haircut for a fair price. Everyone else is charging $30-$50 for a basic haircut that isn’t consistent. I will definitely consider coming back to this location. No wait, walked right in and everyone was very nice."

"I had booked my appointment and waited over 90 minutes. The guy working the back treated me unfairly and allowed a lady and her kid in front of me. He even wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. The lady acted like she was supposed to go before me but my name was clearly in front of hers. She then tells me that she had been waiting for 30 minutes. This place does not treat people of color fairly. All I wanted was to get my hair cut."

"Sent my boyfriend in while I shopped at target next door, when I saw him I was livid. His hair is way shorter than it’s supposed to be ( his notes are in the computer and it’s the same every time) the fade wasn’t blended there were lines and it overall looks awful. He also had red marks in several areas and said the guy was really rough on him. I went in to ask for a managers number and or a refund and the guy who did his hair (older man maybe 56-60) said he was the manager and he didn’t know how to do a refund so he’d rather fix it himself. Well he doesn’t have any hair to fix since this guy basically buzzed it all off. Also if he was the manager how would he not know how to do a refund? Calling corporate asap."
