"I am writing to share my disappointment with the service I received at your salon recently. I visited your establishment for a haircut, hoping for a positive experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. First and foremost, I was taken aback by the rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the stylist who attended to me. Despite clearly communicating my instructions, the stylist seemed disinterested and did not listen to my requests. Furthermore, when mistakes were made during the haircut, the stylist was unwilling to correct them, which only added to my dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expect to receive attentive and courteous service, qualities that were sorely lacking during my visit to your salon. The experience has left me feeling hesitant to return or recommend your services to others. I sincerely hope that you will address these issues promptly to ensure that future customers do not have to endure similar experiences. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. "The last gal I had do my hair here, need to get her name so I can share it, did a great job. I go a couple times a month for a shampoo and conditioner because I have very long, thick hair and it's a treat to me to have someone else wash it twice and condition etc. Then Serum, Leave in Conditioner, Curl Cream.and a Shine spray. Voila! Overall it's a good location and most of the gals.here have been great."
