"On march 19th I came in, to get my son's hair cut. Connie was the one to cut it. When The hair was wet it looked good. Once it dried I could see that some parts were cut very short and others were left very long. I work Monday through Friday and came back on Saturday the 25th of March. There I spoke to cathread who didn't want to help me. Eventually she said that she had to speak to a Chris and that she would not fix my son's hair. After Catherine spoke to Chris she let me know that Connie would need to fix my son's hair not her. All I was asking was from my son's hair to be fixed. I then went in on Saturday the 26th and Connie said she had no availability for me would not be able to help me cause she's booked up. I went in today April 1st to get my money back Catherine refused to help me and said she'd have to call Chris she refused to tell me how long that would take and when she would be able to assist me. Finally she told me in about 3 hours then she would be able to call Chris. Katherine called me back within 35 minutes or so. She told me she spoke to Chris and this Chris person said they would not refund the money. I asked for chris's phone number and Catherine refused I continuously asked for a supervisor's information, Catherine refused, I asked for someone from corporate's phone number, Catherine refused, when I asked for who her supervisor is she informed me that she is her own supervisor and there is no one above her. When I asked who Chris was she would not tell me she informed me that this was owned by a small business and I assumed that Chris was the owner. Later on after many times of me asking for help she said that Chris was not the owner. However she refused to tell me who he was. I asked for more help and she refused to either fix my son's hair or provide me with my money back. Poor customer service was provided throughout this whole 3 weeks. I was not asking for much nor was I angry. I was however frustrated."

"It works best to call the salon directly to schedule an appointment. Had a wonderful experience today with a stylist named Katherine. She has a long career as a stylist and is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend her!"

"The older lady who worked yesterday at 15355 N Northsight Blvd on 12/15/2022 around 430 pm basically butchered my hair. Didn't even show me the back, found out later why. Even mentioned to her that i had a party i was going to and was going to see some friends. Wanted to look nice for them and my mom when I visit her in Calgary soon. Telling all my friends to avoid this place. NOT HAPPY. Front had problems too but its the back of the hair that really upsets me. How do you as a professional hair stylist see something like that and think it would be acceptable to the customer."

"I would give 10+ stars!! Jon was amazing! He takes his time and knows what he is doing. I can't say enough nice things about him. I definitely recommend this place. If you tend to be skeptical-Don't be. It's clear this stylist has years of training and loads of experience. Jon gave me tons of insider tips and tricks with how to style my hair, he recommended wonderful products and everything was SO affordable. This salon has a wide range of services & it was very clean & bright. Do give it a try- you won't be disappointed :)"

"7/24/20 My experience was wonderful! Sable did my hair and she is absolutely fantastic! She's so sweet!! I have really thick, long hair and Sable was able to take inches off easily while also giving me really cute layering at the tips; she's a PRO and paid extreme attention to detail too. She gave me a feathered style when she was all done and I am 100% a very happy customer! My husband even complimented my hair which is something he Rarely does so, overall, I'm very VERY pleased with the service I received and the final product.
