In one visit she was able to give me a much more natural color without damaging my hair, and over time she's transitioned me to a much lighter color now that I absolutely love and that is much more flattering with my skin tone and eye color - I get compliments all the time now on how nice my hair looks! She's also done a great job with my cut, and every six months or so I have her do a Brazilian straightening treatment to keep it smooth.
