"I am using my husband's account to post this. TERRIBLE service! I would give a zero star if I could. I booked a 1st time appt online last week, also listed this in my booking notes. Unfortunately for me, I got lost and was delayed in finding the shop location. I called the number listed on Google Maps and informed them that I was on my way but needed help finding the location. I was informed that the shop did not have a direct number but that my message would be passed along and the rep was able to provide me sufficient description for me to find the shop, though I arrived approx 15 mins late. At that time, I was informed that they would be unable to see me which I accepted and asked for a reschedule. They offered a dry styling service, which I declined since I wanted a wash. Then they tell me they would charge me a cancellation fee, which I disputed since I did not cancel. The sales rep then tells me that her manager would adjust the cancellation fee to $25, STILL UNACCEPTABLE. First & last time, I step foot into this place."

"I understand that you have policies and procedures in place for late cancelations and no shows as you should. Most companies in this industry do to protect their employees to limit as many no call/no shows as possible. I’m an aesthetician so if anyone knows how frustrating it is when someone NC/NS or cancels last minute, it’s me! But to charge me $80 for services I didn’t receive because I canceled after the 24 hour mark and supposedly NC/NS is a bit unfair. I’m not some delinquent guest that continually does this. I have been going to Drybar almost once a week for years. I am a well-known, regular guest not some piece of garbage like how I was treated by the Scottsdale Quarter location and the call center associate. I’m not sure if there was a glitch in the app or if I thought I canceled it and it didn’t cancel my appointment, but I would never intentionally no call/no show because it’s rude! I also don’t know if my account was hacked because primp & blow charged me $70 on the same day and I have the same email and password for both companies. Maybe they realized I went to Drybar so often they would get busted so they went to primp and blow since I rarely go there?! Who knows?! I know that seems so far fetched and I’m not trying to give excuses but the coincidence is pretty crazy. Anyway, it’s been a frustrating few days with all these charges piling up for services I didn’t even get done on top of everyone in our household being sick which is why I couldn’t make it to my appointment. I think I need a break from Drybar as I should not be treated with such disrespect by the Scottsdale location and also the call center associate. Hopefully your associates moving forward have better tact when talking to clients."

"I was in today and had the most bizarre experience. Around 8:00 am 9/21/23 I left the salon, the lady that did my hair was red head. As I was approaching the line to pay, this employee grab my arm tightly, as though she was insinuating I was walking out. I felt humiliated, you don’t put your hands on people period that boundary was crossed."
