We've taken our sedan to Tim when Chapman BMW couldn't diagnose the problem on our vehicle, which was a "Transmission Malfunction" and still charged us $305 for an incorrect diagnosis which called for $3200 of repairs that my car didn't need. I towed it to Coventry right up the street, a family owned business, repairing Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Bentley, MG, Mini-Cooper, you name it.
