"Today, I took my 2020 Lincoln Aviator to Camelback Lincoln Service for a power window issue that has ocurred 4 or 5 times over the past 2 years. For the first time, Service Ambassador, Richard Munch, showed me how to reset the window memory in 2 minutes. For 2 years I have been making service appointments and leaving my car for the Service Tech to do this 2 minute fix. But Richard was the first one to show me how simple it is to reset myself. I am hoping Richard stays at Camelback as he personally makes the experience work for me."
